No Smoking Ban. According to the Scottish 'Clearing the Air' campaign leaflet the law on premises signage for no-smoking states:
You are required by law to display 'No Smoking' signs in or on any premises affected by the ban, so that they can be seen and read by the people in the premises and approaching the premises. This law also applies to vehicle signage.
